Capileira
is a leisurely mountain village in the heart of
Sierra Nevada National Park, in Spain.
The house is actually used commercially as a vacation

By car it is an hour (74 km) to Granada and about 45 min
to the beach (Costa Tropical).
Malaga airport and the Costa del Sol are at 2 h by car.
To Madrid it's a 5 h ride on the highway. |

The house, integrated in the typical,
historic village nuke of Capileira was built in 2003
with traditional materials by the owner.
The price includes, apart from personal decoration items, the actual
basic furniture,
kitchen installations, beds and lumber stove. All rooms do have a
supplemental electric heater installed.

As
a building in a mountain area, the house was build on three levels.
From the central living room it's half a story downstairs to a big
sleeping room and half a story upstairs to the bathroom with shower
and a smaller second sleeping room.
The ceilings in all rooms are build
traditionally with chestnut-tree beams, which attaches a very cozy
and warm flair to the rooms.

Malaga Airport - Capileira by bus:
Airport shuttle to Malaga bus station (Alsina Graells) = ca. 1€/15
min.
Connection by day every 30 min.
Malaga - Granada, direct bus on the highway = ca. 10 €
/1h:50min.
Connection by day every hour.
Granada - Capileira by bus = ca. 5 €/2h:30min
Connection three times per day: 10h, 12:15h and 17:15h
Total: 16 €/P and about six hours to go. (Changing busses and
waiting for connections included.) Please observe: the last bus
from Granada to Capileira leaves Granada at 17:15h
If you arrive at Granada beyond this time you have to spend the night in
Granada, or you need to a taxi to Capileira.
